I read a few negative reviews on here, so was a bit dubious about ordering. My order was delivered earlier than expected, with frequent emails updates. The item is good quality and I'm really pleased with my purchase!

It is really unfair the way they apply vouchers. I reached private client tier and I used my £400 welcome voucher and they distribute the discount across all of the items. Then when you return anything, you lose the voucher discount and you cannot then spend it on something else. All other retailers, discount a voucher at the subtotal level. Basically having had to return some of my items meant I just lost my voucher. This has happened several times with FarFetch vouchers and I find it discourages me from shopping with them.

I love to purchase on Fartech... I always find the Marsell I want. The only thing is UPS... the worst transport company... I have always problems with deliveries in Marseille and now in Alès...No contact by phone with the delivery person and the parcel is deposited - as if by chance - at the access point ! The package is delivered anyway.... But I paid for home delivery !!!!

One of the best online platforms for designer goods. Their inventory is up to date so you don't end up buying things not in stock or worse end up with the wrong product. I have never experienced this with farfetched but was repeatedly given wrong items by other platforms. They never deal in fakes which some websites do, even when they make you pay extra for so called "experts" to help ascertain the authenticity. These are just in house staff who has no clue what the real products are like. An excuse to charge more. Delivery is very fast considering they are shipping from Europe to Asia. The loyalty programme is very very attractive, I just got a $300 voucher to shop some more for being a loyal follower! Don't waste your time with other platforms that have hidden tax charges. The discounts by Farfetch can be better than even some second hand platforms that deal with fakes. Beware and be warned! Rest assured of the real deal, with deep discounts and a large variety to choose from here...

I purchased a dress for my partner which turned out to be a very bad description of it. Stated on their website as a dress , but it was actually underwear - plus it wasn’t being sent from the U.K even though the website was under a co.uk domain. Charged an additional £10 for postage as it was coming from Italy and at the point of return, I was only given a partial refund . Lack of empathy shown from the Customer service agent when this was explained and said we can only give a partial refund as it’s basically ‘ my fault’ even though the description did not match the dress . AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS . Scam artists !

Simply the worst to deal with when refunds returns or cancellation required. Every customer service agent will give you a different story about the situation and still won’t get it sorted. Never again. ****my case has NOT been resolved by customer service. I have Not Had my refund as promised. As usual inconsistent service and untruths. *******

Sending packages from different countries and arrange their delivery in same time. Great! Especially that I had to go to customs to get my purchases. DHL brings them with extra fees

No issues with the order, and it arrived on time but it arrived with no packaging at all (just a paper!) When it was a Longchamp scarf so it must come with some very good packaging. Also it was a gift so it was inconvenient. It could be the seller but for such expensive items, there should be some conditions on good packaging. Thanks

I requested a pick-up for the shorts. A time was arranged on 17/6. I waited and no-one showed. I contacted Farfetch who organised a second pick up on Monday 20/6. I waited again and no-one showed. I phoned Farfetch again who informed me it would be better to drop off the parcel at one of DHL's drop off locations. The closest locatyion was over 26 km away. I ended contacting DHL and arranging for the pick-up myself. However, I have now been waiting for my refund. The item is apparently awaiting clearance in Amsterdam and has been there for almost one week. I do not know what is happening.

I received my order in less than 48 hours. Moreover, the application in place for returns, allowed me to arrange the return of one of the items with great ease and without having to go anywhere or pay anything

Best experience with an online shopping mall! Return process was easy and I was refunded the same day my items were accepted (2 days in total). Needless to say the price paid for the items was the lowest on the market. So, I really appreciate a good deal.

I was extremely disappointed to get my beautiful EXPENSIVE jacket that was a birthday gift to myself to see that it didn’t come in a garment bag nor a hanger that was the appropriate size for the garment! It arrived In dry cleaning plastic on a hanger that was for a size small and the jacket is a size 54. I was so disappointed I almost returned it. So now I have to find a proper means of storing my beautiful tweed jacket.

Farfetch has an enormous selection of beautiful merchandise that I oftentimes cannot find anywhere else. I trust that my clothes, shoes, or handbag will arrive in good time and condition (beautifully wrapped!). If something doesn’t fit, I can easily send it back and order another size with no problems. I normally order designer items but recently ordered a pair of Adidas. After reading reviews of the Adidias site, I didn’t even hesitate to go straight to Farfetch.com to order. They arrived super fast!

Bad packaging, product is squished and slightly deformed when it arrived. Poor stuffing inside the bag and within the box. Amazon has better packaging guidelines. Very disappointed, considering the price of the product purchased.

Advantages: I can always find something for myself. Disadvantages: the way you pack things is always a disappointment. I’m not talking about the shipping boxes/packages, I mean the original package of the clothes, it has been dirty and torn two out of three times I’ve ordered different stuff from you. At least the clothes were not dirty. The next thing is shipping. You almost always charge for shipping and still use the slowest possible DHL, the delivery is very slow compared to other marketplaces and the websites of the brands 🤦🏼‍♀️ Conclusion: it’s better to order things from the websites of the brands directly.
